South Arm Community Centre has rooms on site as well as a Community Hall available to rent.

Facility: South Arm Community Hall, 9020 Williams Road
Room: Banquet Room with small stage area
Capacity: Maximum capacity 200
Availability: Saturday evenings 6:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Price/Damage Deposit: Damage deposit $365-$500 plus HST based on assessed risk
Rental fee of $425 plus HST for event time 6:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Clean up can be done between 1:00 - 2:00 a.m. Set up time is negotiable.
*Additional time for event is $50/hour.
Special events liability insurance is required. Minimum liability must be $2,000,000 and the City of Richmond and the South Arm Community Association must be named as additional insured.
Events with liquor present must also obtain a liquor permit and the insurance policy must state Host Liquor Liability.
Tables/Chairs: Commissionaire oversees and assists with set up of tables and chairs for event. We have 25 round tables that are 60 in diameter (seat 8 people), 3 rectangular tables that are 3 x 8'
Kitchen Facilities: Full kitchen with commercial grade appliances
