Facility Rentals

Hamilton Community Centre has one room available to rent.

Room:  Multipurpose Room
Capacity:  u p to 50 people
Availability:  weekends only
Price/Damage Deposit:  $175/event plus $200 damage deposit

Renters are required to get their own Liability Insurance with a minimum of $2,000,000.00 coverage and the City of Richmond and the Hamilton Community Association must be named as an additional insured. Events with liquor present must also obtain a liquor permit and the insurance policy must state Host Liquor Liability. SOCAN Fees if applicable.

Tables and chairs: available but user must set up and take down
Kitchen facilities: oven but no stove top
