Youth Taking Charge (YTC)
Have your voice heard and make a difference in your community! Starting again in the Fall, this youth driven team participates in leadership workshops, peer tutoring and mentoring, volunteer and special event opportunities, plays games and a whole lot more. Our focuses of community participation and youth empowerment are paramount.
The YTC are representative advocates of Richmond's youth culture and strive to make their community a better place by promoting volunteerism and respect. Come join in the fun.
Preteen
For those in Grades 5-7 there's also entertainment! Some activities include go karting, lazer tag, cooking classes, adventure days and adventure weeks. Join in the exploration of many Lower Mainland attractions, making every event an experience sure to be remembered.
Professional Day Out-Trips
The ideal Professional Day includes: sleeping in, hanging out with friends and having fun! Come by the Youth Office and find out what we’ll be up to. Calendars available three weeks prior. Please register in advance.
