Cambie Community Centre has two on-site rooms that are available for rent - the Multipurpose Room and the Board Room. Off-site, East Richmond Community Hall is available for rent.

Price/Damage Deposit: $346.75 /$350 damage deposit
Special event liability insurance is required. Minimum liability must be $2,000,000.00 and the City of Richmond and the East Richmond Community Association must be named as additional insured.
Events with liquor present must also obtain a liquor permit and the insurance policy must state Host Liquor Liability.
