Facility Rentals

The Cambie Community Centre has on-site rooms that are available for rent -Multipurpose Rooms and the Board Room. The East Richmond Community Hall is off-site and is available for rent.

Cambie Community Centre - 12800 Cambie Road
Multipurpose Rooms

  • $20.00 per hour plus HST
  • $50 damage deposit
  • Use of tables and chairs

Board Room 
  • Maximum capacity: 10-15
  • $20.00 per hour plus HST
  • $50.00 damage deposit

 East Richmond Community Hall - 12360 Cambie Road
Main Hall
  • Maximum capacity: 120
  • $350.00/up to 8 hours HST, $25.00 each additional hour over 8 hours (set up and take down not included in event time)
  • $350.00 damage/cleaning deposit
  • Use of kitchen, tables and chairs

Special events liability insurance is required. Minimum liability must be $2,000,000 and the City of Richmond and the East Richmond Community Association must be named as additional insured. Liquor License and SOCAN fees may be required.
