Preschool
Preschools at Richmond community facilities are designed to develop the whole child intellectually, socially, physically, emotionally and cognitively. A positive and encouraging learning environment is provided where children of various cultures and backgrounds share and learn about each other.
Term
The current preschool term is from September 2011 to June 2012 with winter and spring break vacation.
Fees
Fees are due at the time of registration and may be paid by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or cheque. A non-refundable $40 registration fee will be applied when registering. Monthly post-dated payments for the remainder of the school year must be given at time of registration.
Age Requirements
For all licensed preschools, children must turn the required age by December 31, 2011; or be at least 30 months of age at time of registration. (Please note, children ages 30-36 months may be able to register but must meet with the Preschool Coordinator and teaching staff first).

Registration must be done in person only.

Preschool Kinderfun - Licensed
Children participate in activities that promote socialization through language, songs and art. Parent participation is required.

Preschool Little Explorers - Licensed
Children are introduced to concepts and social skills through various activities set up in the classroom. Parent participation is required.
