Fitness Centre
The Cambie Fitness Centre is a 1,700 square foot air conditioned facility. It features 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical trainers, an upright bike, a recumbent bike, 2 stair climbers, an arc trainer, a rowing machine, free weights up to 100 lbs and 11 Apex strength stations. There is also various core and balance training equipment available, which include a Reebok core board, a BOSU ball, exercise balls, tubing, foam rollers and medicine balls.

Monday-Friday: 7:00am - 9:45pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 8:45pm
Sunday: 9:00am - 9:45pm
Fitness Centre Programs
Orientations - Free
Recommended for patrons new to fitness or who want to become familiar with the facility. Mandatory for youth ages 15-17 years. The orientation is a brief introduction to the fitness centre's etiquette and basic use of fitness equipment. With the purchase of a fitness pass or drop-in session, there is no cost for an orientation. Please call 604-233-8380 for an appointment.
Fitness Assessment
A certified fitness trainer will assess your body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. The cost is $30 for one session or is included in the Personal Training 10 sessions package as initial and final testing. Body composition or fitness testing only is available for $20 for one session.
Personal Training
Personal training is offered for either one-on-one or for groups of two people. All trainers are BCRPA certified with CPR and First Aid training as well.
