PRCS Volunteer Management Strategy 2007-2012
Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services developed a PRCS Volunteer Management Strategy - Building the Volunteer Spirit! The strategy recognizes the significant contribution provided by volunteers in delivering parks, recreation and culture programs and services. The strategy aims to ensure maximum and positive volunteer engagement from a broad range of individuals and diverse communities.
