Call to Community Groups for Expressions of Interest
2012 Community Public Art Program18 January 2012
Community groups are invited to participate in the creation of public art as part of the Richmond Public Art Program. The community group will be involved in all stages of planning and commissioning of a public art project with a professional artist.
