Have a Hoot and Learn About Owls

Did you know owls have special feathers adapted for silent flight? Join Ted Williams of the Orphaned Wildlife Rehabilitation Society of BC on Friday, April 24 at the Richmond Cultural Centre for a captivating talk and presentation on this special species.

Admission: $4.00 per person

Williams will describe many aspects of their lives, such as how owls’ acute vision and keen hearing enable them to locate their prey at night.

Bring your camera, as there will be an opportunity to have your photo taken with an orphaned owl.
