City Parking Meter Rates - New Parking Meter Rates in Effect July 7, 2008
02 July 2008The City of Richmond has adjusted its parking meter rates to reflect current market conditions and to more effectively manage the City’s inventory of parking spaces.
The City's previous parking rates were instituted in early 2003 and have not been adjusted since their introduction.
New on-street parking rate: $1.50 per hour, 2 hour maximum stay*
* 1 hour maximum stay at 4151 Hazelbridge Way
The City also operates several parking lots.
Rates at these facilities have also been adjusted to $1.50 per hour:
- Gateway Theatre / Minoru Chapel
- Bowling Green
- Brighouse
