17 April 2008On the weekend of April 26 and 27, Richmond residents can celebrate our multicultural community by taking part in the launch of Asian Heritage Month as well as Doors Open activities at Richmond City Hall.
In Richmond and across the country, the Government of Canada has designated the month of May as Asian Heritage Month. “Honouring the different cultures in our community and celebrating Asian Heritage Month is something everyone in our City can truly be proud of,” says Alan Hill, Cultural Diversity Coordinator.
