It is time to appreciate the top 150 final spectacular images from the City of Richmond’s annual Street Banner Contest.
This year’s theme was “The Sustainable Future of our City” and the photographers were people of all ages from our community! The contest had over 400 entries this year!
Come and see the top 150 photographs on display in the atrium at City Hall from November 7 to 28.
Eight to ten of these entries will become street banners and will be proudly displayed in Richmond's downtown core and on gateway streets between March 2009 and December 2009.
