Notice of Council Meeting for the Purposes of Presenting the 2007 Annual Report

Pursuant to Sections 98 and 99 of the Community Charter, City of Richmond Council will receive delegations to provide the public an opportunity to submit and ask questions concerning the 2007 Annual Report.
Date: Monday, June 23, 2008
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: Richmond City Hall Council Chambers, 6911 No. 3 Rd.
Copies of the 2007 Annual Report are available for public inspection at the Customer Services counter at City Hall, Monday through Friday (except statutory holidays) between 8:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Alternatively, an electronic copy is available for viewing or downloading on the City of Richmond’s web site at www.richmond.ca/cityhall/finance/reporting/reports.htm.
