Looking for Steveston High School Students Involved in Constructing City Buildings From 1971 – 1983
03 September 2008The City of Richmond will be recognizing the former students of Steveston High who contributed to the community by constructing four buildings for City parks and one building for Tourism Richmond.
The following is a list of the buildings and when they were built:
- Field House and Caretaker Suite at Steveston Park: 1971-1972
- Field House at Boyd Park: 1972-1973
- Caretaker Suite at Boyd Park: 1975-1976
- Field House at McDonald Beach: 1979-1980
- Tourism Richmond building by the Deas Island Tunnel: 1982-1983
