Spring Clean Up - London Heritage Farm
02 April 2008Spring and Summer are quickly approaching and the London Heritage Farm, located at 6511 Dyke Road, needs to get into ship-shape. Volunteers are needed on Saturday, April 5 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. to help tidy up the grounds.
The Spring clean up includes cutting back blackberry bushes from the property line, weeding the walkways, fixing fences and doing minor repairs. Individuals, families with teens, neighbourhood groups and corporate charity groups are welcome to join the fun.
This is a great way to meet new people and spend some time outdoors. Please call Kate Herring at 604-271-5220 or email londonhf@telus.net to let her know who will be coming so coffee and goodies can be prepare to keep you smiling.
