Registration for recreational programs is fast, easy to do and available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. You can conveniently register for any program by using one of four methods: the Internet, the Registration Call Centre, your touch-tone telephone, or in-person at a community centre.
To register online visit the City’s Program Registration page. Touch-tone telephone users can register anytime by phoning 604-276-4300 and following voice prompts. Customers can also sign up for programs offered at any civic facility through the City’s Registration Call Centre by dialing 604-276-4300, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and pressing “3” for a Customer Service Agent.
To register using the Internet or by Touch Tone phone, you will need a Family PIN and Client Number and your Visa or Mastercard number and expiry date. You will also need the Class Number and Community Code from the Recreation & Culture Guide.
The popular Recreation & Culture Guide is available at all civic facilities, local Safeway and Save On Foods stores or online.
