City of Richmond 2007 Capital Projects - Public Open House

The City of Richmond’s Engineering and Public Works division would like to invite the public to its annual open house, which will provide information on City services and upcoming construction and capital projects.
The drop-in format, public open house will be held:
Date: Thursday, March 29, 2007 Time: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Location: Richmond City Hall
Room M.1.003 (Main floor)
located at 6911 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC
There will be information and City staff available to answer questions on capital projects the City is highlighting in 2007.
Some of the 2007 projects include:
- Maddocks Subdivision AC Watermain Replacement
- Lulu West AC Watermain Replacement – Mersey Dr., Rochdale Dr., Southport Rd., Dennis Cres. and Swinton Cres. south of Maddocks Rd.
- Lancing Subdivision AC Watermain Replacement
- Lucas Rd Drainage Upgrade
- Gilbert North Drainage Area Assessment and Upgrade:
- Westminster Hwy – No. 3 Rd. to Cooney Rd.
- Garden City Rd – Lansdowne Rd. to Westminster Hwy
- Seabrook Cres. Drainage Upgrade
- Regent St. Drainage Local Area Services Programs – Ditch Infills
- Ackroyd Rd. & Lansdowne Rd. Sanitary Pump Station Upgrade
- Aztec Subdivision Drainage Upgrade & AC Watermain Replacement – Dallyn Rd.
- Dyke Upgrade Study - No. 4 Rd. to No. 5 Rd.
- East Richmond Drainage Area Assessment and Upgrades
