Richmond’s Business and Financial Services will be holding a public auction on:

Date: Saturday, June 9, 2007
Time: 10:30 a.m.
Location: Able Auto Auctions
Located at 1500 Lougheed Highway
Coquitlam, BC
Details: Items can be previewed at the auction site on Friday, June 8 from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m.

TERMS
All items cash, debit, or major credit cards – as each is sold. Immediate removal on completion of sale. No exceptions to terms.

  1. Every item sold where is, as is.
  2. Taxes are applicable.
  3. Bidders to satisfy themselves as to description, genuineness, authenticity and/or condition of item prior to bidding. 
  4. The highest bidder is to be the purchaser. In the case of a dispute, the article will be put up for resale.
  5. Dealers may purchase but must not resell on this property.
  6. In the event the purchaser fails to pay the complete purchase price, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell the goods.
  7. All costs and responsibility for removal of the goods shall be borne by the purchaser.
  8. The auctioneer, in his/her sole discretion, may refuse to accept the bidding of any bidder and need not give his/her reasons therefor.
