The Richmond RCMP invite all Property Management, Rental Property Owners, Strata Council Members and the Community to join the RCMP, Richmond Fire-Rescue, BC Hydro, the Residential Tenancy Branch and the Richmond City Bylaw Department for an information session on protecting your property from Marihuana Grow Operations and Meth Labs.
