Construction Ltd. – To permit the construction of twelve (12) townhouse units, and to vary the requirements of the Zoning & Development Bylaw to reduce the north and south side yard setbacks from 3m to 2m to accommodate portions of the building.  (Referred from the June 14, 2006 Development Permit Panel Meeting).
  2. 7071 Bridge Street – (DP 05-304-533) – Ami-Pri Construction Ltd. - To permit the construction of seventeen (17) townhouse units, and to vary the requirements of the Zoning & Development Bylaw to reduce the front yard setback from 6 metres to 2.1 metres for a recycling enclosure and a garbage enclosure.  (Referred from the June 12, 2006 Council Meeting).
  3. 9800 Alberta Road – (DP 05-292371) – Matthew Cheng Architect Inc. - To permit the construction of six (6) townhouse units.
  4. 6780 No. 4 Road - (DP 06-327868) – Jagtar Singh Sihota – To permit the construction of a local commercial building, consisting of ground floor commercial space and one (1) second floor dwelling unit.
