TERMS:
All items to be paid for by cash (major credit cards or debit also accepted) – as each item is sold. Immediate removal on completion of sale. No exceptions to terms.
- Every item sold where is, as is
- Taxes are applicable
- Bidders to satisfy themselves as to description, genuineness, authenticity and/or condition of item prior to bidding
- The highest bidder is to be the purchaser. In the case of a dispute, the article will be put up for resale
- Dealers may purchase but must not resell on this property
- In the event the purchaser fails to pay the complete purchase price, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell the goods
- All costs and responsibility for removal of the goods shall be borne by the purchaser
- The auctioneer, in his/her sole discretion, may refuse to accept the bidding of any bidder and need not give his/her reasons therefore.
