The City Wants Your Feedback About this Website
29 September 2005In an effort to gauge the success of the new City of Richmond website, and to discover whether or not changes are required, we are asking for your feedback.
We have drafted a brief questionnaire to obtain user comments on the navigation and organization of the site content.
The new City website was rolled out on December 2004 with a new look and feel and a new site structure and navigation system. Since January, the site has hosted an average of over 400 thousand page views and 140 thousand PDF downloads per month.
Since the roll-out, we have been making adjustments to search and navigation features. Now that some of the post-roll-out concerns have been addressed, we think it is time to ask you how the site is meeting your needs and what concerns you may have.
