    2. 7751 Acheson Road –  (DP 05-298114) – Timothy Tse/Woodridge Developments. – To permit the construction of 4 dwelling units and to allow variances to reduce the maximum lot size on east and west lots, to reduce the sideyard setback and permit the attic gable end and bay windows to project into the residential vertical envelope.
