  1. 6780 No. 4 Road – (DP 04-280263) – Jagtar Singh Sihota – To permit the construction of a local commercial building consisting of ground floor commercial space and one second floor dwelling unit and to allow variances for a reduction of commercial parking requirements; to permit the provision of  4 small car parking spaces;. to allow 2 tandem parking spaces for residential use; to reduce the driveway width; reduce road setbacks to the face of the building as well as to the face of the canopy and to increase building height
  2. 8600 No. 5 Road –  (DV 05-306191) – India Cultural Centre of Canada. – To allow a variance to reduce the rear yard setback measured from the eastern edge of the Assembly District (ASY) zone boundary to permit an addition to the rear of the existing institutional building.
