- 11000 No. 1 Road – (DP 04-287774) – ATI Construction Ltd. – To permit the construction of 17 two-storey townhouse units and to allow a variance to locate a mailbox/recycling/signage enclosure along No. 1 Road with a 0 m front yard setback.
- 7831 Bennett Road – (DP 05-290153) – Gurdev S. Lehl – To permit the construction of 4 two-storey detached townhouse units and to allow a variance to reduce the side yard setback for garage and fireplace projections.
- 8051 Alanmore Place – (DV 05-296470) – Gertrude Kroke – To reduce the minimum width requirement from 18m to 14.846 m for the proposed westerly lot only, in order to permit a two lot single-family residential subdivision.
