  1. 7171 Steveston Highway (formerly 7051, 7071, 7091, 7131, 7171, 7191 and 7211 Steveston Highway) - Patrick Cotter Architect Inc. (DP 04-287638) – To allow the construction of fifty (50) 2 storey, 2.5 storey and 3 storey townhouse units. To allow variances for a reduction to the minimum front yard setback; and 12 tandem parking spaces.
  2. 15460 Westminster Highway - Al Rahman Farms (DV 04-274515) – To increase the maximum required setback from a public road in the Agricultural District.
  3. 5660 Parkwood Way - Sanford Design Group (DP 05-297562) – To allow the construction of a car dealership. To allow variances for a reduction to the minimum public road setback; and, a reduction to the side and rear yard setbacks.
