Gold Book and City Supplementary Specifications
The City of Richmond will adopt the Master Municipal Construction Document (MMCD) Gold Book and updated Supplemental Specifications effective July 4, 2005. These documents form the basis by which design and construction of utility related infrastructure is completed in the City.

The City Supplementary Specifications may be purchased at the Information Counter of the main reception area on the first floor of City Hall (6911 No. 3 Road) at a cost of $100 which includes GST. The Information Counter should be contacted at 604-276-4000, local 3064 to confirm availability of the specifications.

Copies of the MMCD Gold Book may be purchased from Support Services Unlimited as follows.
