  1. 7277 River Road – UBC Properties Trust (DP 04-279295) – To allow the construction of two (2) interconnected two-storey floating structures to be used as the UBC Thunderbird Rowing Club House.
  2. 8560, 8580, 8600 No. 3 Road - Western No. 3 Holdings Ltd. (DP 04-279379) – To allow the construction of eighteen (18) townhouse units.
  3. 7591, 7611, 7631, 7671, 7691, 7731, 7771 No. 4 Road - Polygon Westbury Lane Development Ltd. (DP 04-280617) – To allow the construction of forty-two (42) townhouse units.  To allow variances for an increase to the maximum lot coverage; a reduction to the minimum setbacks to No. 4 Road and Keefer Street; projections into the No. 4 Road and Keefer Street setbacks; and, an increase to the building height for eight (8) buildings.
  4. 7171 Steveston Highway (formerly 7051, 7071, 7091, 7131, 7171, 7191 and 7211 Steveston Highway) - Patrick Cotter Architect Inc. (DP 04-287638) – To allow the construction of fifty (50) 2 storey, 2.5 storey and 3 storey townhouse units.  To allow variances for a reduction to the minimum front yard setback; and 12 tandem parking spaces.
