Summer Art Camps
Take the Leap! This popular gallery based art camp in Richmond returns!  Watch for details and 2010 dates. Stretch your thinking, roll up your sleeves and start making!

Art Camps are designed to give children the opportunity to explore a wide variety of ideas and 2D and 3D materials. Projects and art activities challenge children while instructors offer plenty of encouragement to provide for a safe environment that promotes exploration and expression. All projects draw from historical and contemporary art references as well as from the exciting summer exhibitions in the Gallery. Artists from the summer exhibition will be involved in developing a special related project for art camp each week.
