Parks Programs
The Parks Programs section is responsible for the planning of programs within City parks and open space. The City's open space includes parks, interior trails, waterfront trails and conservation areas (ESA's). Parks programming includes the Partners for Beautification program.Partners for Beautification
The Partners for Beautification program is dedicated to the continued beautification of the City of Richmond through volunteerism and corporate/private sponsorship. Activities include the annual Banner Contest, Annual Landscape and Garden Contest, Garry Point Park Clean-Up and Environment Week.
