Richmond International High School and College is primarily designed for off-shore students and recently arrived immigrants who wish to pursue their Dogwood Diploma (British Columbia high school graduation certificate) in order to enter university.
Other privately owned business and technical colleges also exist in Richmond for post-secondary students.
