“We are making great strides towards improving Richmond’s sustainability. In the short time that I’ve been here, we have introduced a green roof bylaw to increase green space for residential developments, increased attention to the preservation of trees, increased residential landscaping requirements, and pushed the community to consider sustainable initiatives such as permeable paving, and innovative heating and cooling technologies.” Brian Director Development |
