Welcome to City of Richmond's Online Vendor Registration

The Vendor Registration Application process provides the City of Richmond with information about you as a vendor. Please complete the vendor application form carefully as this information will enable us to add your company to, or update our current Vendor database.

Vendor Registration information will be placed in the City's vendor listing. Vendors are asked to notify the Purchasing Department of any changes. This includes, but is not limited to, change of business name, address or telephone number, e-mail address and website, changes in contacts listed on your application, and addition or deletion of commodities/services you are interested in supplying the City.

This information is being solicited for information purposes only, and does not obligate the City of Richmond to do business with suppliers completing this form. Vendors must remain vigilant in checking the City's web page and/or the BCBid Website for Bid/RFP announcements.

The vendor registration application can be completed online or printed out, completed and faxed to the purchasing department at 604-276-4162.
