You do not have to register as a subscriber, and there is no charge to view or download bid documents. The site is managed by the Purchasing Commission of the Government of British Columbia, Canada.
Purchasing CommissionThe Purchasing Commission exists to provide purchasing services to BC Government Ministries and Public Sector Organizations. It is governed by the Purchasing Commission Act.
