Inspection Requests
How to Request an InspectionInspections for Building, Gas, Plumbing, or Site Service can be requested by:
Automated Telephone System (604-276-4111)
You must submit your request using the Inspections Request IVR Phone System.
All requests received prior to 8:00pm on a business day will be placed on the inspection schedule for the next business day. Every effort will be made to do inspections for the day scheduled. Because of differences in the time spent at each site, it is not possible to guarantee requests for a.m. or p.m. In periods of high volumes of inspection requests, additional delays may be encountered.
The Inspectors are available between 8:15 - 9:00am or between 4:15 - 5:00pm at the Permit Centre counter at City Hall or by phone.
